Your tour begins at 9:00am on the Galena-Peoria Trail with a Coffee Break at the Henry School House Build in 1878. 10:00am - Aplington House Museum. Visit the Aplington House, built in 1853, where Abraham Lincoln spent time with the Aplington family during 1856. 11:30am - Visit J. P. Miller's Carriage Shop - Lunch among the artifacts and memorabilia of local merchants in the Carriage Shop, now the Paul Graehling Museum. After Lunch - Shop Mason Street 1:00pm - Travel the Pines Road to Oregon. Follow along the same road Lincoln traveled to reach Oregon, the County Seat. 1:30pm - Art Casting of Illinois, Inc. and Adagio Fine Art Studio. Begin your afternoon by visiting one of the art studios of Oregon. 3:00pm - Visit the Patchwork Inn for dessert, built in the mid-1840's. After Dessert - Explore Oregon's Shops. 5:00pm - Say Goodbye to Ogle County. End your day overlooking the Rock River Valley of Ogle County along side Lorado Taft's Black Hawk Statue at Lowden State Park.
